Board

The board is overall responsible for the company's operations and that this is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and articles of association. The board is tasked with adopting and following up on the goals and strategy that shall apply to the company's operations. The board must also decide on matters of a material nature, for example regarding a specific investment for a specific fund. The board must ensure that the company's organization is designed so that fund management is controlled in a reassuring manner that ensures fair treatment of the company's investors.
