Institutional investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, banks and larger companies invest money in real estate through SREIG's funds. Through collaborations with builders, contractors and brokers, SREIG identifies suitable real estate projects in which the funds' capital is invested. Internal expertise in Property Development, project management and administration develops the funds through sustainable solutions for a long-term societal benefit. The values created go back to the funds' investors and contribute to ongoing returns and, over time, steady value growth. In cases where pension funds have invested, returns contribute to higher pensions.

SREIG wants to contribute to the development of society by developing and managing sustainable properties that our customers find attractive and that our employees feel proud of. We who are SREIG all have experience of running everything from housing projects to large community building projects. SREIG's funds invest in real estate. Through these investment funds, we at SREIG want to contribute to a positive societal development by investing, refining and managing our funds with sustainable properties that our customers and investors feel are attractive and that our team is very proud of.
With a focus on development and active management, the company creates, for the funds' investors, a market-based ongoing return and at the same time long-term growth. Depending on the choice of investment fund, SREIG manages the fund's property portfolio for a period of up to ten years, or alternatively for a significantly longer period if the fund is aimed at community properties.
SREIG also wants, through its funds, to be an attractive landlord. Our combined experience and our developed processes in the development of plans and programs in the early stages, followed by efficient progress in the design and implementation stages, contribute to cost efficiency, innovation and great customer satisfaction.
